I hereby certify that I am a member in good standing and that the information on the entry form is accurate and true. I also swear that this student's work was done under my supervision in the classroom. I am entering this project/student with the intent that all the MITES rules have been followed. I will also respect the decision of Region or State officials if they move an entry to another more appropriate Division or Category under the MITES rules. I will also respect the decision of Region or State officials if an entry is not accepted or disqualified for not meeting all the criteria in the MITES rules.

note: the fill-in-the-blanks Work Sheet is not your entry form. The Work Sheet is only for collecting project information from students. The Work Sheet lacks important information such as School, Teacher and Region. The Entry Form you print here after entering your project will include all your project details along with teacher, school and region information.

Cancel any projects which will not be going to the fair.
Print a report listing all of your projects going to the fair.

This page will close at 4:00PM EST the day before Project Check-in. in order to allow time for your RAOs to print Judging Reports listing all entered projects. Be sure return before then to confirm those projects going to the fair. You'll see more details on this after entering your Teacher ID.
